ingredients

2 new potatoes, cut into wedges
500g orange sweet potato (kumera), peeled and cut into wedges
Olive oil spray
Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
½ cup KRAFT® Egg Mayonnaise Omega 3
Finely grated rind of 1 lemon
½ teaspoon cracked black peppercorns
4 pieces I&J Crispy Battered Fish Fillets in Beer Batter, cooked as per packet directions

instructions

step 1

Cook I&J Crispy Battered Fish Fillets in Beer Batter as per packet directions.

step 2

Place the potato wedges on a baking tray, spray with oil, season and bake in a hot oven 200oC for 30-45 minutes or until tender.

step 3

Combine the KRAFT® Egg Mayonnaise Omega 3, lemon and pepper.

step 4

Place the fish on the serving plates and serve with a dollop of the Lemon Pepper Mayonnaise and wedges. Serve immediately.
