ingredients

425g packet frozen I&J Light & Crispy Fish Fillets in a Lightly Seasoned Crumb
500g potatoes, peeled and chopped
½ cup grated tasty cheese
150g baby green beans, trimmed
8 cherry tomatoes, halved
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/3 cup KRAFT® Thousand Island Dressing

instructions

step 1

Cook frozen I&J Light & Crispy Fish Fillets in a Lightly Seasoned Crumb following packet directions.

step 2

Meanwhile, cook potatoes in boiling water until tender, drain and mash with a little milk, add cheese beating until fluffy.

step 3

Cook baby beans in boiling water for 2-3 minutes or until tender, drain and return to saucepan. Add cherry tomatoes and lemon juice, heat for 1 minute, stirring continually.

step 4

Place cooked fish on a bed of cheesy mash and serve with beans and tomato and KRAFT® Thousand Island Dressing on the side.
