420g packet frozen I&J Sea Shanty's
4 Iceberg or Cos lettuce cups, soaked in cold water
1 carrot, grated
½ cup thinly sliced celery
1 spring onion, finely chopped
½ cup KRAFT® Thousand Island Dressing
Cooked Potato Gems or chips, for serving

Cook frozen I&J Sea Shanty's following packet directions.

Arrange lettuce cups on serving plates and fill with combined carrot, celery and spring onion. Top with cooked Sea Shanty's and drizzle with KRAFT® Thousand Island Dressing. Serve with cooked potato gems on the side.
