ingredients

425g packet frozen I&J Light & Crispy Fish Fillets in Original Crumb
½ cup KRAFT® Egg Mayonnaise Omega 3
1 teaspoon baby capers
1 teaspoon grated lemon zest
1 teaspoon finely chopped chives
2 cups mixed lettuce leaves
4-6 baby chat potatoes cooked and halved
4-6 cherry tomatoes, halved
½ green capsicum, finely sliced

instructions

step 1

Cook frozen I&J Light & Crispy Fish Fillets in Original Crumb following packet directions.

step 2

Mix KRAFT® Egg Mayonnaise Omega 3 with capers, lemon zest and chives and set aside.
Combine salad leaves, potatoes, tomatoes and capsicum and divide between 4 serving plates.

step 3

Arrange cooked fish on serving plates and serve with zesty mayo.
