Cook frozen I&J Tasty Calamari Rings following packet directions.
Arrange lettuce, cucumber, capsicum and mango on a serving plate and top with cooked calamari. Drizzle with KRAFT® Thousand Island Dressing and sprinkle with torn parsley.
Mango can be substituted with orange or mandarin slices.
