500g packet frozen Birds Eye Brussels Sprouts
2 teaspoons oil
2 rashers bacon, chopped
1 small onion, peeled and chopped
2 teaspoons lemon juice

instructions

step 1

Cook frozen Birds Eye Brussels Sprouts following packet directions and drain.

step 2

Heat oil in a saucepan and cook bacon and onion for 2-3 minutes until tender. Add cooked Brussels Sprouts and lemon juice and gently toss to combine.
