| 2 teaspoons oil 250g chicken thigh fillets, chopped 3 rashers bacon, sliced 8 green prawns, shelled and de-veined 500g packet frozen Birds Eye Stir Fry - Special Fried Rice ¼ cup water 1 tablespoon soy sauce 2 spring onions, chopped ¼ cup chopped peanuts |
Heat oil in a non-stick wok or large frying pan, add chicken and bacon and cook for 3-4 minutes. Add prawns and cook for a further 2 minutes.
Stir in frozen Birds Eye Stir Fry, water and soy sauce; cook for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Serve fried rice garnished with spring onions and peanuts.
For Thai style fried rice, omit soy sauce add fish sauce and fresh coriander.
