| 375g dry fettuccine pasta 50g pinenuts 575g jar Leggo's Pasta Sauce - Napoletana 2 cups baby spinach leaves Grated parmesan cheese for garnish |
Cook pasta following packet directions.
Heat a large non-stick pan and cook pinenuts for 1-2 minutes or until golden brown. Stir in Leggo's Pasta Sauce and spinach, cook for 2-3 minutes or until heated through.
Drain pasta; add to sauce and heat for a further 2 minutes tossing gently to combine. Serve garnished with parmesan cheese.
Add half a cup of chopped semi dried tomatoes in step 3 for a richer flavour.
