Frosted Caramel Stacks

An extra quick do ahead sensational dessert.

Frosted Caramel Stacks

ingredients

250g packet butternut snap biscuits
Brandy or butterscotch schnapps
300ml thickened cream whipped
Rose petals, silver coated edible almonds and cachous for decoration

instructions

step 1

Brush each biscuit with a little brandy. Spread a biscuit with a 1cm layer of whipped cream and top with another biscuit, repeat this layering twice finishing with a biscuit on top.

step 2

Spread the outside of each biscuit stack with whipped cream. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Serve decorated with rose leaves, silver almonds and cachous.

Following step 1 simply make the biscuits into a log shape. Serve cut into slices.
