Teriyaki Atlantic Salmon

A light and quick meal of salmon with an Asian style sauce.

ingredients

270g packet frozen Birds Eye Atlantic Salmon - Skinless Fillets
2 teaspoons brown sugar
1/3 cup teriyaki sauce
1 teaspoon grated ginger
Salad greens for serving

instructions

step 1

Cook frozen Birds Eye Atlantic Salmon following packet directions.

step 2

In a small saucepan combine brown sugar, teriyaki sauce and ginger. Heat for 2-3 minutes  until syrupy. Drizzle cooked salmon with teriyaki sauce and serve with salad greens.

  • Soy Sauce can be substituted for Teriyaki sauce.

  • Omit ginger and add lemon juice to make a Japanese style ponsu dressing.
