270g packet frozen Birds Eye Atlantic Salmon - Skinless Fillets
2 tablespoons spreadable cream cheese
2 tablespoons sweet chilli sauce
Fresh coriander leaves for garnish

instructions

step 1

Cook frozen Birds Eye Atlantic Salmon following packet directions.

step 2

Place cooked salmon onto a bed of vegetables.  Top with cream cheese and drizzle liberally with sweet chilli sauce.  Garnish with coriander and serve immediately.
