| 500g packet frozen I&J Fish Strips in a Seasoned Crumb Corn tortilla wrap or burritos, warmed Mexican tomato salsa (mild, medium or hot) Grated tasty cheese Avocado, diced Sour cream Edgell Super Sweet Corn Kernels, drained |
Cook required quantity of frozen I&J Fish Strips following packet directions.
Spread tortilla with tomato salsa, top with cooked fish strips, tasty cheese, avocado and drained Edgell Super Sweet Corn Kernels. Wrap up and serve.
Alternately spread tortilla with mashed avocado, top with fish strips, salsa, shredded lettuce, diced tomato and a dollop of light sour cream.
