ingredients

310g packet frozen I&J Fish Kiev - Garlic & Parsley
1 bunch asparagus
6 vine tomatoes
Sea salt flakes
Lemon wedges for serving

instructions

step 1

Cook frozen I&J Fish Kiev following packet directions, add salt dusted vine tomatoes during the last 15 minutes of cooking time.

step 2

Meanwhile, trim asparagus and place into a pot of boiling water and cook for 1-2 minutes. Drain and serve with cooked fish and tomatoes.
