350g packet frozen I&J Salt 'n' Pepper Calamari
4 cups mixed lettuce leaves
½ punnet cherry tomatoes, halved
¼ continental cucumber, sliced
Sliced lemon "cheeks" for serving

instructions

Cook frozen I&J Salt 'n' Pepper Calamari following packet directions.

Arrange lettuce leaves, cherry tomatoes and cucumber on serving plates. Top with cooked calamari and serve with lemon "cheeks".
