ingredients

270g packet frozen I&J Large Fillets - Fish in Original Crumb
750 packet frozen Birds Eye Golden Crunch - Monster Chips in Beer Batter
½ lime, chopped or crushed
½ teaspoon sugar
1 cheek of mango, diced
1 tablespoon coriander leaves, chopped
¼ small red capsicum, de-seeded and finely chopped

instructions

step 1

Cook frozen I&J Large Fillets and required quantity of frozen Birds Eye Golden Crunch Monster Chips following packet directions.

step 2

Combine remaining ingredients and spoon over cooked fish.
