Birds Eye frozen fish is so great to have on hand in the freezer! You can cook up a gourmet style dinner at anytime.

ingredients

270g packet frozen Birds Eye Atlantic Salmon - Skinless Fillets
1 orange, peeled and cut into segments
2 teaspoons honey
6 whole stuffed green olives
125g can Edgell Chick Peas, drained
¼ cup baby mint leaves
Rocket leaves for garnish

instructions

step 1

Cook frozen Birds Eye Atlantic Salmon following packet directions.

step 2

Combine orange segments, honey, olives, drained Edgell Chick Peas and mint leaves.

step 3

Serve cooked salmon topped with orange salad and garnish with rocket.
