| 425g packet frozen I&J Light & Crispy Fish Fillets in Original Crumb 150g baby green beans, trimmed 1 teaspoon olive oil ½ clove garlic, peeled and crushed 8 cherry tomatoes, halved Mexican style rice for serving |
Cook frozen I&J Light & Crispy Fish Fillets following packet directions.
Cook baby beans in a little boiling water for 2-3 minutes or until tender, drain and return beans to saucepan. Add olive oil, garlic, cherry tomatoes and heat for 1 minute, stirring continually.
Serve cooked fish with warm bean salad and Mexican style rice.
