Combine chicken mince, bacon, Edgell Creamed Corn, spring onions and cheese in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
Thinly spread half the chicken mixture on the top of a sheet of pastry leaving a 3cm gap at the top. Roll up pastry, brush the 3cm gap with a little water and seal, slice into 1cm rounds. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
Place pastry swirls flat on a baking paper lined oven tray, brush with egg and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
A drained 125g can Edgell Corn Kernels can be substituted for the Edgell Creamed Corn.
