Chicken Korma Chapati Wraps

Chicken and chick pea curry served in warmed chapatti wraps.

ingredients

1 cup frozen Birds Eye Chopped Onions
500g skinless chicken breast fillets, cut into 2cm dice
¼ cup Korma curry paste
½ cup Greek style natural yoghurt
400g can Edgell Chick Peas, drained
6 chapati breads
6 sprigs coriander

instructions

step 1

Spray a large non-stick frying pan with oil and heat. Cook frozen Birds Eye Chopped Onions for 1-2 minutes, add chicken and cook until browned.

step 2

Stir in Korma paste, yoghurt and drained Edgell Chick Peas and cook for a further 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

step 3

Warm chapati breads in a microwave oven on High for 30 seconds. Place 2/3 cup curry on each chapati bread, top with a sprig of coriander, wrap up and serve.
