| Spray oil 400g chicken tenderloins 1/3 cup whole egg mayonnaise 1 tablespoon Leggo's Pesto - Traditional Basil 1 cup gourmet lettuce leaves ½ avocado, sliced 4 cherry tomatoes, sliced 4 large slices sourdough or French bread stick |
Spray chicken tenderloins with oil and pan-fry or barbecue until cooked. Meanwhile, combine mayonnaise and Leggo's Pesto.
Arrange lettuce, avocado, tomato and chicken on bread slices. Serve with pesto mayonnaise.
Thin pesto mayonnaise with a little milk for a drizzling sauce.
