Mix Leggo's Pesto and cream cheese together. Place 24 x ¼ teaspoon dollops on a sheet of baking paper and place in the freezer to harden for 25 minutes.
Remove pesto cream cheese dollops from freezer and using 1 tablespoon of chicken mince, form a ball around the pesto cream cheese. Repeat process until chicken mince is all used. Place balls in the refrigerator to firm for 20 minutes.
Coat a non-stick frying pan with spray oil and cook chicken balls for 10 minutes, turning regularly.
Ensure the cream cheese is completely covered by chicken mince when forming into balls.
