Can you cook then reheat these morsels? They sound great and just the thing I am after for a large party (120).

1 tablespoon Leggo's Pesto – Traditional Basil
40g light cream cheese
500g chicken mince

instructions

step 1

Mix Leggo's Pesto and cream cheese together. Place 24 x ¼ teaspoon dollops on a sheet of baking paper and place in the freezer to harden for 25 minutes.

step 2

Remove pesto cream cheese dollops from freezer and using 1 tablespoon of chicken mince, form a ball around the pesto cream cheese. Repeat process until chicken mince is all used. Place balls in the refrigerator to firm for 20 minutes.

step 3

Coat a non-stick frying pan with spray oil and cook chicken balls for 10 minutes, turning regularly.
