Chicken, Pinenut & Pesto Pizza

So easy and yummy, this chicken pesto pizza is sure to be a winner!

ingredients

1 large pizza base (30cm)
¼ cup Leggo's Pizza Sauce
1 cup pizza cheese
1 cup shredded cooked chicken
1 tablespoon Leggo's Pesto – Traditional Basil
1 tablespoon cream
1 tablespoon pinenuts
½ cup baby spinach

instructions

step 1

Spread pizza bases with Leggo's Pizza Sauce, top with half the cheese and shredded chicken.

step 2

Top with the remaining cheese, drizzle with combined Leggo's Pesto and cream and sprinkle with pinenuts.

step 3

Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 15 minutes or until golden brown. Serve with fresh spinach leaves.
