Place pork in small shallow baking dish, spread evenly with Char Siu sauce. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Cook pork in a preheated oven at 200ºC for 20 minutes.
Cook frozen Birds Eye Stir Fry Flavour Infusions following packet directions to the end of step 4. Cut pork into slices. Stir the soy sauce into pan juices then add to vegetables together with pork. Toss well and serve.
Char Siu Sauce is available from the Asian section of the supermarket. The pork can be served with extra Char Siu Sauce.
