ingredients

2/3 cup penne pasta
95g can John West Salmon Tempters - Onion & Tomato
4 pitted Kalamata olives, cut into quarters
1 teaspoon baby capers
Squeeze lemon juice
Fresh basil leaves for garnish

instructions

step 1

Cook penne pasta in boiling water following packet directions.

step 2

Drain cooked pasta and return to hot saucepan. Gently stir through, John West Salmon Tempters, olives, capers and a squeeze lemon juice and heat for 1 minute. Spoon into a serving bowl and garnish with fresh basil leaves.
