Fettuccine, Ally Pink Salmon, sundried tomatoes, lemon juice and a touch of cream combine to make this delightful pasta dish.

100g fettuccine
2 tablespoons cream
Squeeze lemon juice
105g can Ally Pink Salmon, drained and flaked
3 sundried tomatoes, thinly sliced
Baby flat leaf parsley, for garnish

instructions

step 1

Cook fettuccine in boiling water following packet directions.

step 2

Drain cooked pasta and return to hot saucepan. Gently toss through cream, lemon juice, drained and flaked Ally Pink Salmon and sundried tomatoes.

step 3

Heat through for 1 minute. Spoon into a serving dish and garnish with parsley.
