ingredients

170g can John West Passionfruit Pulp in Syrup
200g tub natural Greek style yoghurt
1 cup reduced fat custard
½-1 teaspoon grated lemon or lime rind

instructions

step 1

Combine John West Passionfruit, yoghurt, reduced fat custard & lemon or lime rind together. Pour into a shallow freezer container and freeze for 2-3 hours or until icy around the edges.

step 2

Mix or beat passionfruit mixture until smooth. Pour back into container and re-freeze until solid. Serve scooped into serving dishes.

The passionfruit seeds can be strained and discarded if preferred.
