ingredients

4 lean slices shortcut bacon, diced
1 onion, peeled and finely diced
420g can salt reduced condensed tomato soup
420g can Edgell Four Bean Mix, undrained
2 cups hot water
1½ cups short pasta, cooked

instructions

step 1

Heat a non-stick medium saucepan, add onion and bacon and cook for 2-3 minutes or until onion is tender.

step 2

Pour in soup, undrained Edgell Four Bean Mix and water. Simmer uncovered for 5 minutes.
Stir in cooked pasta and heat through for one minute and serve.
