Baked Gnocchi

Gnocchi makes a tasty and filling pasta bake with the addition of prawns, Dad's will really love it.

ingredients

500g packet prepared gnocchi
250g green prawns, peeled and de-veined
1/3 cup thickened cream
350g jar Leggo's Stir Through Pasta Sauce - Semi Dried Tomato, Basil & Parmesan
1 tablespoon chopped flat leaf parsley
½ cup grated mozzarella cheese
½ cup grated tasty cheese

instructions

step 1

Cook gnocchi in boiling water, following packet instructions. Add green prawns 30 seconds before gnocchi has finished cooking. Drain well.

step 2

Place cooked gnocchi and prawns in a large bowl. Add cream, Leggo's Stir Through Pasta Sauce - Semi Dried Tomato, Basil & Parmesan, chopped parsley and stir thoroughly to combine.

step 3

Spoon gnocchi mixture into a 20cm x 20cm oven proof dish, sprinkle with combined cheeses and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted.

Green prawns are uncooked or raw prawns. Try substituting your favourite Leggo's Stir Through Pasta Sauce in this recipe.Cubed fish fillets can be substituted for the prawns.
