| ¼ cup short grain rice ¼ cup frozen Birds Eye Chopped Onions ¾ cup water 125g can Edgell Creamed Corn ¼ cup diced ham 1-2 tablespoons grated tasty cheese |
Place rice, frozen Birds Eye Chopped Onions and water in a saucepan and bring to the boil, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat and simmer for 10-12 minutes until all liquid is absorbed.
Stir in Edgell Creamed Corn and ham. Spoon into a heatproof pot and top with grated cheese. Grill until cheese is melted and serve immediately.
Stir in 1-2 tablespoons light cream for a creamy texture.
Pots can be placed in a preheated oven at 200°C for 10 minutes to melt cheese.
