Creamy Tuna Fettuccine For One

ingredients

100g fettuccine
¼ cup frozen Birds Eye Baby Peas
2 tablespoons cream
Grated rind of 1 lime and 2 teaspoons juice
125g can John West Tuna Slices in Springwater

instructions

step 1

Cook fettuccine in boiling water following packet directions. Add frozen Birds Eye Baby Peas to the pasta and cook for 1 more minute. Drain and return pasta and peas to the hot saucepan.

step 2

Stir the cream, lime rind, juice and liquid from the John Tuna Slices into the pasta and heat through. Gently toss through the tuna slices.

step 3

Serve garnished with lime wedges.
