1 sheet mountain bread
Mayonnaise for spreading
95g can John West Tuna Tempters - Lemon & Cracked Pepper
1 cup mixed lettuce leaves
¼ red capsicum, de-seeded and cut into thin slices
¼ avocado, sliced

instructions

step 1

Spread mountain bread with mayonnaise, spoon on drained John West Tuna Tempters and top with lettuce, red capsicum and avocado.

step 2

Roll up and cut in half or quarters to serve.
