Place garlic, sesame seeds, drained Edgell Chick Peas, lemon juice, yoghurt and cumin into a food processor and blend until mixture is smooth.
Spoon the hummus into a serving bowl, serve with toasted pita triangles and vegetable sticks.
For a colorful alternative, simply add 2 tablespoons chopped fresh coriander leaves at step 2. The hummus also makes a delicious spread for sandwiches.
