Greek Souvlaki Wrap

A fish wrap souvlaki style with two delicious sauces for extra dipping.

ingredients

500g packet frozen I&J Fish Strips in a Seasoned Crumb
4 souvlaki breads, warmed
½ cup hummus
1 cup mixed lettuce leaves
2 tomatoes, sliced or diced
1/3 cup tzatziki

instructions

step 1

Cook 8 frozen I&J Fish Strips following packet directions.

step 2

Spread a little hummus over warmed bread, top with lettuce leaves, tomato, cooked fish strips and spoonful of tzatziki. Serve with extra hummus and tzatziki for dipping.
