| 500g packet frozen I&J Fish Strips in a Seasoned Crumb 4 souvlaki breads, warmed ½ cup hummus 1 cup mixed lettuce leaves 2 tomatoes, sliced or diced 1/3 cup tzatziki |
Cook 8 frozen I&J Fish Strips following packet directions.
Spread a little hummus over warmed bread, top with lettuce leaves, tomato, cooked fish strips and spoonful of tzatziki. Serve with extra hummus and tzatziki for dipping.
Alternatively spread with hummus and top with tabouli and fish strips.
