Tandoori Style Wrap

A fantastic fish wrap Tandoori style with cooling cucumber ribbons and fragrant mint leaves. Serve as a snack or for lunch for a taste of India!

ingredients

500g packet frozen I&J Fish Strips in a Seasoned Crumb
½ cup natural yoghurt
2-3 teaspoons Tandoori paste
1 teaspoon chopped fresh mint
Naan bread cut into wedges
Cucumber ribbons and mint leaves for garnish

instructions

step 1

Cook 8 frozen I&J Fish Strips following packet directions.

step 2

Combine yoghurt, Tandoori paste and chopped mint in a small bowl. Spread wedges of naan bread with Tandoori yoghurt and top with fish strips. Garnish with cucumber ribbons and fresh mint and serve.

Substitute 1 teaspoon curry paste for the Tandoori paste.
