ingredients

100g spaghetti
1 spring onion, finely chopped
1 clove garlic, peeled and thinly sliced
¼ teaspoon dried chilli flakes
1 tablespoon Leggo's Tomato Paste
85g can John West Smoked Mussels in Oil, undrained
2 tablespoon flat leaf parsley

instructions

step 1

Cook spaghetti following packet directions.

step 2

Drain cooked spaghetti and return to hot saucepan.  Add spring onions, garlic, dry chilli, Leggo's Tomato Paste, contents of the can of John West Smoked Mussels and gently toss together.  Serve with freshly grated parmesan cheese and a side salad.
