ingredients

1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
105g can Ally Pink Salmon, drained and flaked
2 spring onions, finely chopped
¼ cup cream
1/3 cup light shredded tasty cheese
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1 tablespoon chopped parsley

instructions

step 1

Using a 7cm cutter, cut out 12 rounds of pastry.  Press into greased patty pans.

step 2

Combine flaked Ally Pink Salmon with remaining ingredients and spoon into pastry cases.

step 3

Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 15 minutes or until golden and cooked.

• Mash up any salmon bones finely and leave in with salmon, for added calcium in this recipe.
• To avoid wastage, use 1 sheet puff pastry and cut out 9 x 7cm rounds.  With remaining pastry, cut out 6 half circles of pastry and join together before pushing into patty pans.
