250g softened light cream cheese,
415g can Ally Pink Salmon, drained and flaked
2 spring onions, finely chopped
¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper, optional
grissini and crackers, for serving

instructions

step 1

Combine cream cheese, flaked Ally Pink Salmon, spring onions and cayenne pepper in a bowl. Chill.

step 2

Serve with grissini and crackers.

Remove skin and bones from salmon before combining with remaining ingredients.  This dip is delicious used as a spread in focaccias or on pizzas.
