Delicious crumbed fish finished with a tangy mixture of orange, lemon and lime sauce with just a hint of honey.

ingredients

425g packet frozen Birds Eye Oven Bake Crumbed Fish Fillets - Original
Juice and grated rind of 1 orange
Juice and grated rind of 1 lemon
Juice and grated rind of 1 lime
3 teaspoons honey
1 tablespoon cornflour
½ cup water
Spring onion curls for garnish

instructions

step 1

Cook frozen Birds Eye Oven Bake Crumbed Fish Fillets following packet directions.

step 2

Place juice of each fruit and honey in a small saucepan. Bring to the boil.

step 3

In a small bowl, blend cornflour with a little of the water, add remaining water. Stir into heated juice in pan and bring to the boil, stirring continually until thickened.

step 4

Remove pan from heat, stir in grated rind from fruit and serve sauce with whole or halved fish.
