ingredients

425g packet frozen I&J Light & Crispy Fish Fillets in Original Crumb

Salsa:
1 mango, finely chopped
½ cup finely chopped continental cucumber
¼ cup toasted almonds
1 tablespoon finely chopped red capsicum
2 spring onions, finely chopped
1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives
Squeeze lemon juice

instructions

step 1

Cook frozen I&J Light & Crispy Fish Fillets following packet directions, meanwhile make salsa.

step 2

Gently toss all salsa ingredients together then spoon onto cooked fish. Serve immediately.
