| 1 quantity of pizza dough 170g can John West Passionfruit Pulp in Syrup 420g can pie apple Icing sugar |
Roll pizza dough out on a floured surface to a rectangle approximately 25cm x 35cm. Drape over rolling pin and place onto a baking paper lined oven tray.
Combine John West Passionfruit and pie apple. Spoon mixture lengthways down the centre of the dough. Wrap dough over filling then wrap other side of dough over, making sure to seal the ends. Lightly brush with milk.
Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 15 minutes or until golden brown. Cut into slices, dust with icing sugar and serve with ice-cream or cream.
Delicious served with warmed vanilla custard.
