| 2 x 20cm pizza or souvlaki bases 340g tub Leggo's Fresh Bolognese Sauce 1½ cups grated pizza cheese 1 cup sliced mushrooms 1 small red capsicum, de-seeded and sliced ½ cup diced bacon 8 slices salami |
Place pizza bases onto oven trays. Spread evenly with Leggo's Fresh Bolognese Sauce, top with cheese, mushroom, capsicum, bacon & salami.
Cook in a preheated oven at 200°C for 15 minutes or until bacon is crisp. Cut into wedges and serve.
Chorizo sausage, pancetta or prosciutto could be used on this pizza in place of the salami.
