| 1 quantity of pizza dough ½ cup Leggo's Traditional Pickles 8 slices (65g) salami ¼ cup red capsicum, de-seeded and diced 1½ cups grated mozzarella cheese |
Roll out pizza dough to fit a baking paper lined 25cm round pizza tray. Spread with Leggo's Traditional Pickles and top with salami, capsicum and grated cheese.
Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
For a traditional pizza, spread with Leggo's Pizza Sauce or Leggo's Tomato Paste.
