100g rice noodles, cooked
1 spring onion, thinly sliced
1 small carrot, cut into match sticks
1/4 cup coriander leaves

Cook frozen Birds Eye Black Tiger Prawns in Thai Coconut Curry following packet directions.

Place cooked rice noodles into serving bowls, spoon over prawns and curry sauce, top with spring onion, carrot and coriander.
