425g packet frozen Birds Eye Southern Blue Whiting
1 avocado, finely chopped
1 tomato, finely chopped
2 spring onions, finely chopped
1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh coriander
1 tablespoon lime juice
Cracked black pepper
Lime wedges for garnish

instructions

step 1

Cook frozen Birds Eye Southern Blue Whiting following packet directions.

step 2

Combine avocado, tomato, spring onions, coriander, lime juice and cracked pepper.

step 3

Arrange cooked fish on serving plate and top with Avocado Tomato Salsa and garnish with lime wedges.
