80g softened butter
2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh dill
1 teaspoon finely grated lemon rind

Cook frozen Birds Eye Southern Blue Whiting following packet directions.

Combine softened butter, dill and lemon rind and serve a spoonful onto cooked fish.
