425g packet frozen Birds Eye Southern Blue Whiting
400g can Edgell Butter Beans, drained
8-10 grape tomatoes, halved
½ cucumber, cut into thin sticks
2 cups baby spinach leaves
1 tablespoon salad dressing

instructions

step 1

Cook frozen Birds Eye Southern Blue Whiting following packet directions.

step 2

Combine drained Edgell Butter Beans, tomatoes, cucumber, baby spinach leaves and salad dressing.

step 3

Place cooked fish fillets onto serving plate and spoon over bean salad.
