| 1 sheet puff pastry 1 peach, thinly sliced ½ x170g can John West Passionfruit Pulp in Syrup |
Cut pastry sheet into 6 rectangles and place on a non-stick baking tray. Lay 5 slices of peach in a row across each rectangle, leaving ½ cm gap to the edge of the pastry.
Bake in a preheated 200°C oven for 15 minutes or until golden brown. Place onto serving plates and drizzle the peaches with 1-2 teaspoons John West Passionfruit. Serve with fresh cream or ice-cream.
Tinned peaches can be used if fresh peaches are not in season.
