Birds Eye Chopped Onions are available in the supermarket freezer - peeled, chopped, packaged and ready to use on the barbecue or in your favourite savoury dishes.

20g butter
500g packet frozen Birds Eye Chopped Onions
2 tablespoons maple syrup

instructions

step 1

Melt butter on a heated barbecue hot plate, add frozen Birds Eye Chopped Onions and cook for 5 minutes turning occasionally.

step 2

Pour maple syrup over onions and cook for a further 1-2 minutes, turning continually. Serve with barbecued meats and sausages.
