1 packet John West Chilled Garlic Prawns
1 mango
Lime wedges
Baby rocket leaves

instructions

step 1

Thread John West Garlic Prawns onto soaked bamboo skewers. Cut mango cheeks leaving skin on.

step 2

Place mango (cut side down) and prawn skewers on a char-grill plate and cook for 3 minutes, turning prawns half way.

step 3

Place mango on serving plates, top with prawn skewers and rocket leaves, serve with lime wedges.

Alternatively cube the mango and thread on skewers with the prawns before cooking. Serve with pre dinner drinks.
