| 4 cups mixed salad leaves or baby rocket 1 packet John West Chilled Prawns with Cocktail Sauce 1 avocado, sliced 125g can Edgell Super Sweet Corn Kernels, drained 1 tablespoon mayonnaise Grated rind of ½ lime |
Arrange salad leaves, John West Chilled Prawns and avocado on a serving plate, sprinkle with drained Edgell Supersweet Corn.
Combine John West Cocktail Sauce, mayonnaise and lime, drizzle over salad and serve.
